humm what to post.... How about a recipe today..  This is one of my kids favorite things I make and it is easy!  I will try to better at posting more in the future. Much love y'all

Easy Peach Cobbler

Serving Size: 4

Notes:
This is a tasty dessert with ingredients you have around the house.

Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter or margarine (1/4 cup)
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C. milk
1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches, drained, juice reserved
2 Tbsp. sugar, additional

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and pour into an 8x8 baking
pan.

2. Mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk to dry
ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour this into the butter, but do not
mix.

3. Pour the drained peaches into the batter. Pour 1/4 cup of the reserved juice over the peaches. Do not mix! Sprinkle with the 2 additional tablespoons of sugar.
4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with a big
scoop of vanilla ice cream.
